Don't you know, that those watermelon smiles, just can't ripen underwater?
Hello! My name is Kait. I like to roleplay, and come up with crazy-dramatic plots! I am fairly laid back when it comes to roleplaying. I like to have a good time, and make sure that my partner is as well! It is important to me, that we keep up a happy pace, and that we don't get BORED. Boredom is death, I love mixing things up, and stirring some trouble. Which is why I might make suggestions here and there, little plot mixes, which you are inclined to accept or decline- I'm not easy to offend, feel free to burn the idea if you like. Just as I might make suggestions, I encourage my partner to make them as well!
Being laid back, I don't really post daily. I'm sort of a lazy termite... Which is perhaps something to keep in mind before engaging in a roleplay with me. If you are looking for speedy posts, I wouldn't suggest myself... As for length, I write fairly lengthy posts. I like to give lots to reply to, but I am flexible in whether you desire shorter, more-to-the-point posts.
Limits- there isn't much of anything I'm not willing to give a shot. Though, I make no promises, in being entirely accurate. If something makes me uncomfortable, I'll be sure to let you know, but otherwise, I'm open. If there is anything you are uncomfortable with- just tell me. I really won't mind. (:
So, our matching legs are marching clocks, and we're all too small to talk to God.
NON-FANTASY --
Don't ask, don't tell.
Person 1 is the head of a very successful corporation. Talented, smart, and single- the apple of everyone's eye. Yet, that stops when one night, Person 1 gets in a car accident, losing their memory. The doctor can not yet determine if the effects are long, or short term. Person 2 is your average Joe. Normal, plain, a belated bloomer. They are the one who hit Person 1. They are hurt with a few broken ribs, but not much else. The pair are left in the same hospital room.
After, Person's 1 secretary comes to claim them back. Yet, Person 1 is lost in a world they no longer remember, or understand. Person 1 soon seeks comfort in the one person they know, Person 2. Reduced to a naive child, seeking comfort in the short acquaintance of a hospital room. But, if Person 1 regains their memory, will they not be mad? If they regain it?
Scars we wore, pride.
Person 1 has been entangled in 'gang' life since birth (one parent was involved in a gang). Even so, they try, desperately to escape that life. They change their name, move out of that part of town, and work in a restaurant as a cook for a reasonable amount of pay. And though they have long separated themselves from that world, old doors, that seemed to be sealed shut, are forced open.
Person 2 is a cop, seeking some inside information of a gang. And as they search, and search, undercover, they find the perfect candidate in Person 1. They approach Person 1, asking them to rejoin the gang. Persisting to bother him, until he gives up some information, or joins... Yet, Person 2 can not reveal that they are really a cop, for it is crucial to the mission not to break their identity. Can they get Person 1's help on an old brotherhood alone? And will Person 1 find out of their true identity?
That sunset.
Two students, who go to the same school act like complete strangers in the day. But at the night, they both climb to the same 'secret hideaway' in the park. They watch the sunset at night together... Ever since the fateful day when Person 1 moved into the town, they've shared the spot. Neither really say much of anything... But when Person 2 goes missing. Person 1 gets concerned, it and it is entirely up to them to find them. (Mystery)
HATE triangle.
Everybody is used to seeing the love triangle. Endless messes, playing with our heart strings... But what about a triangle of dislike. There people are enemies, they can't stand one and another, and are constantly in competition...
But keep in mind, hate and love aren't also that distant.
I did it for you...
PERSON 1 joins a sport to impress the person they like. Problem being, they are absolutely horrid at the sport. They soon are competing against the cocky PERSON 2, who is the star player of the sport. PERSON 2 doesn't like PERSON 1, saying they don't have the "passion of the sport". PERSON 2 also happens to be the crush of who PERSON 1 is trying to impress.
But as time goes on, PERSON 1 begins to forget about all that... And learns the passion of the sport. PERSON 1 and 2 become close. Until PERSON 2 has to move into another town, another team. Can the two hold together in light of new competition, against each other?
FANTASY --
The Specialists.
A gifted roleplay. But in reverse from the usual. The "government" is not the enemy. Instead, they mail out letters to young, bright students with special abilities to join their Academy. At the Academy, you are taught how to use your powers, and then are, if you are lucky, offered a place in a specialized task force. In one's STF, the group must learn to communicate, for they will only ever have one group until they retire. Groups can have two to five people in them. They all have different jobs, the most dangerous, is keeping control when a 'gifted' loses it.
The unforeseeable,
PERSON 1 can see the dead. Spirits, ghosts, whatever society official calls them. They can see the shapes, and even talk to the different creatures that roam our Earth, undisturbed. They come in different shapes, sometimes as people, sometimes they can appear as a cat, a dog... And others, an unspeakable monster. Just like people, some spirits are kind, and others, not. Some just want help, and others want to eat you. But all, PERSON 1 can see, since birth. PERSON 1 has learned not to speak of the spirits, as a kid, nobody believed them, making them an outcast.
Yet, when PERSON 1 transfers to a new school, a new town, there are some problems. A sinister spirit lurks the forest, lurks the school grounds, and children are disappearing. PERSON 1 might hold the answers, but who will believe them?
PERSON 2 is a fanatic of the supernatural. They collect any evidence they can, and soon realize there is something suspicious about PERSON 1.
Will the two team up? Will PERSON 2, discover PERSON 1's secret? The reason for their unusual, aloof behavior? Will they solve the mystery of the angry spirit?
